# MTCM > MTCM is a Luxembourg-based securitization boutique — the "Securitization Architects" — that designs, structures and administers the legal vehicles used to turn real and financial assets into tradable securities. MTCM structures and administers securitization vehicles. Securitization is the process of assigning assets — such as real estate, private credit, receivables or infrastructure cash flows — to a compartment and issuing securities (notes or bonds) backed by them, so that originators can raise capital and investors can access new income streams. MTCM covers the full lifecycle of an issuance, from initial structuring through ISIN issuance, audits, reporting, payments and redemption. MTCM is infrastructure, not a fund: it designs and operates the vehicles and does not manage third-party capital or provide investment advice. Each issuance is housed in a Luxembourg SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle — a legally separate company created solely to hold specific assets). A single SPV is divided into ring-fenced compartments, so the assets and risk of one project are legally isolated from every other. MTCM issues notes on the traditional capital-markets rail (ISIN) and, through Talea DRN, on a regulated digital rail as well. It has been active since 2010, with its base in Luxembourg and a presence in Switzerland, Spain and Panama. ## Services - [Securitization Solutions](https://mtcm.ch/securitization-solutions/): Overview of MTCM's securitization services and how assets are converted into tradable securities through Luxembourg SPVs and ring-fenced compartments. - [Structured Products](https://mtcm.ch/structured-products/): Custom structured financial products — instruments securitized as commercial paper and tailored to different market conditions and investor strategies. - [The Age of Securitization (eBook)](https://mtcm.ch/the-age-of-securitization/): Free introductory eBook explaining what securitization is and how companies use it to turn assets into investment opportunities. ## Securitization Solutions by Asset Class - [Private Debt Securitization](https://mtcm.ch/securitization/private-debt/): How MTCM structures private loans into ring-fenced Luxembourg compartments and issues notes with their own ISIN, so debt exposure can be held as a security. - [Private Equity Securitization](https://mtcm.ch/securitization/private-equity/): How private equity exposure is structured into ring-fenced compartments, issuing notes with their own ISIN that investors can hold in custody. - [Real Estate Securitization](https://mtcm.ch/securitization/securitization-solutions-for-real-estate/): How property assets become bankable, tradeable notes with their own ISIN through ring-fenced Luxembourg compartments. - [Actively Managed Certificates (AMC)](https://mtcm.ch/securitization/broker-account-backed-security-babs/): Actively Managed Certificates backed by managed broker accounts, structured by MTCM through ring-fenced Luxembourg compartments.
